We want your little ones to love their new outfits, but if a fit isn't right, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all unworn items with tags attached. Our goal is to ensure your shopping experience is as comfortable as our clothing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your SpecialKids account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack the Garments

  Carefully place the unwashed, unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
